HYDE UNITED secured a crucial win over fellow survival rivals Nantwich Town at Ewen Fields.
The visitors had more of the opportunities in the first half, David Webb having a header tipped over by Joe Green just two minutes in.
Jamie Morgan then nearly put a low cross into his own net but it just went behind for a corner with Dan Cockerline looking to pounce on any chance.
Joel Stair had an effort from a corner that just floated past the back post, with Tom Pratt providing the only test of the Dabbers keeper Andy Wycherley.
