■ HEBBURN upset the form-book with a deserved win at promotion-chasing Cleethorpes.
On a bitterly cold day on the east coast, the first 45 was largely lacking in goalmouth action. The home side’s Brody Robertson went closest to breaking the deadlock with an angled shot. The entertainment inproved after the interval, with visiting keeper Mark Foden denying Robertson in the 55th minute.
This proved to be the turning point in a hard- fought encounter. Hebburn gradually worked their way into the ascendency to ensure all three points.
