OSSETT United and Marske United played out an entertaining game in very difficult conditions.
Ossett took the lead through Roy Fogarty’s 20-yard strike after good work from Nathan Valentine.
Both defences were on top with clear opportunities few and far between.
Marske, though, drew level on the stroke of halftime thanks to a far-post header from Kevin Burgess.
Half-time saw fans from both sides clearing standing water from the pitch to ensure the game could continue.
