■ WARRINGTON Rylands kept up the pressure on the league leaders at the top of the NPL West by comprehensively beating Glossop North End.
A strong gusting wind made for conditions difficult and a scrappy game, especially in the first half.
The only goal of the opening half came midway through when Adam Buxton headed home from a corner.
Ten minutes in to the second half, David Webb unlocked the Glossop defence to set up Kane Drummond, who slotted the ball into the net.
