SHILDON boosted their play-off hopes with a comfortable victory over Worksop Town.
Shildon took the lead in a fortunate fashion after six minutes, as Dean Thexton stroked home from a sliced clearance from goalkeeper Sebastian Malkowski.
Moments later, the home side should have doubled their lead, but Kurt Matthews sliced a close-range effort over the bar from Michael Sweet’s cutback.
