■ CARLTON remain fi rmly in the play-off picture following a hard fought victory at Cambridge.
All the goals came in the fi rst half and the Millers had to come from a goal down after Jordan Gent had given City an early lead.
The visitors pulled level when Aaron O’Connor was put through and made no mistake to fi re past Danny Bo’ness.
The City keeper then gifted Carlton a second when he kicked fresh air and let Tyler Blake fi ll an empty net.
