■ SHEPSHED entered the fi nal week of the season with a victory over Soham – a result which saw the visitors relegated.
A scrappy affair in the fi rst half resulted in very few clearcut chances.
With Soham needing maximum points to mathematically stand a chance of staying up they pressed in the second half, but with little serious threat.
Shepshed earned the points with ten minutes to go when Reece Morris and Dempsey Arlott-John teamed up with the former moving the ball right for the latter to apply the fi nish.
