SKELMERSDALE captain Danny Mitchley scored a hat-trick to move his side into the top five of the table after a big win away to Hanley Town.
Against a strong and very experienced Hanley Town side, Mitchley netted twice inside the first 12 minutes and notched another in the second half, with Elliot Morris getting the fourth.
Hanley made three substitutions at the break and began the second half in the ascendency taking the game back to Skem. The hosts continued to throw everything at Skem, who defended like their lives depended on it.
