HEBBURN Town were rewarded with the points  after a dominant performance at Consett.
Second-placed Hebburn pressed early and went ahead after 35 minutes when Liam Henderson powerfully met Wayne Phillips’ corner.
Robbie Spence and Olly Martin couldn’t find a second before half-time, and the referee dismissed penalty appeals as Henderson was tripped by Calvin Smith.
Consett had two great chances from deep crosses, but Zak Atkinson nodded both efforts wide in the second half.
