■ SUTTON Coldfield Townwon their first ever league  match at Daventry Town thanks to an excellent finish from defender Harry Sawyer. It was the hosts who looked the more likely to score throughout the first half.
George Ball twice went close, a cheeky back heel that went just over the bar followed by another effort that curled just over the top corner.
