SUTTON were hoping to put an end to their inconsistent form when they entertained Hinckley LRFC, who sat near the bottom.
The opening exchanges were even with no team getting the upper hand, but, in the 32nd minute, a quick ball out of defence was trapped well by Trea Bertie and he calmly took on the defender and gave the goalkeeper no chance.
