A CRAZY start to the game saw the home side gift a goal to Workington’s David Symington after just 14 seconds.
Just before half-time Skem found themselves 2-0 down after a goal line scramble saw the assistant referee give an offside indication with his flag which subsequently turned out to be a goal as he was actually indicating that Gregory McGaragher’s effort was over the line, much to the amazement of the crowd.
