■ SPORTING Khalsa completed a vital win over St Neots in their bid for a place in the play-offs.
The table suggested it should have been a routine win for Khalsa, with St Neots rooted in the relegation zone, and that’s how it turned out.
The first chance of note fell to Khalsa when a Harry Cunningham effort from 20 yards out was parried away, before St Neots threatened themselves with a close range effort.
The deadlock was finally broken a minute before half-time, Tounami Sidibie tapping home from close range.
