■ IN-FORM Long Eaton moved into the play-off places with their sixth win in a row against Consett AFC.
The away side started well with top scorer Jamie Walker almost putting them ahead after three minutes, denied by Ross Coombe’s double save.
Long Eaton took the lead after ten minutes when onloan Notts County wing-back Ashaiah Fearon flicked the ball on for Tom Cursons, who ran through on goal and slotted home, despite strong appeals for handball.
