■ BOTH teams went into the game looking for three points, but for very different reasons.
Bedworth were hoping for their first three points of the calendar year to lift them away from the prospects of a relegation play-off.
Spalding on the other hand looked to cement their place in the playoffs at the other end of the table. Neither team though could get a breakthrough in a match that was very much dominated by both sides defences.
