COLNE took the honours in a closely-fought derby against Ramsbottom. Both sides threatened early on with Rams’ Wealth Dasilva testing the home defence with his speed on the break and Jordan Scanlon forcing good saves from Colne keeper Hakan Burton. But Colne took the lead after 24 minutes when Ellis Wallbank’s cross from the was fired home by Matty Kardacz.
Ten minutes after the interval, Ramsbottom drew level when Scanlon scored with a shot into the corner.
