CONSETT made it three wins in a row but were made to work hard for the points by a Grantham team who would not give up.
The Steelmen’s goals all came in the first 10 minutes, with the opener a quick break from a Grantham corner in the sixth minute.
Scott Fenwick fed Ben Ramsey on the left and the winger’s cross picked out Wil Shaw at the back post for 1-0.
