■ NORTH FERRIBY edged a dull win over Stocksbridge Park Steels.
The Steels started off brightly but were punished for not taking an early chance when debutant Charlie Reaney had a header cleared off the line.
A corner was whipped in and Levin Tarbotton got the header in.
Stocksbridge did press to try and get an equaliser but struggled to create clear cut opportunities. In the second half, lots of balls were put into the box but
