Struggling Colls claim vital victory

ATHERTON survived the showers and a Park Avenue comeback to leave Bradford with all three points.
Despite victory, the Colls still remain at the foot of the Northern Premier table, but are now only four points from safety. A blood and thunder start from both sides didn’t create any gilt-edged chances. Will Longbottom had the best of the chances, but his effort from a corner after 21 minutes went just wide.
