■ AYCLIFFE claimed their fifth consecutive league win against North Ferriby.
The first chance fell to the visitors after six minutes when Josh Dennett tested the keeper from the edge of the box.
Aycliffe’s Jack Blackford came close 10 minutes later when his grass-cutter went just past the far post. The best chance of the half fell to Levi Tarbotton who broke clear and squared to Dennett, whose shot was gathered at the second attempt.
