■ OLIVER McFadyen rescued a point for 1874 as they drew away at Mossley.
After a tentative start, it was Mossley who went into the ascendancy. Reece Webb-Foster and Jack Banister both going close before Ben Darby opened the scoring in the 24th minute, with a low finish.
The next 15 minutes saw chance after chance come and go with the Lilywhites unable to convert their dominance.
After the break, Mossley looked most likely to score, but the warning sign came in the 70th minute with the visitors striking a post.
