GUISELEY’S play-off hopes suffered a significant blow as Lancaster City won in Yorkshire.
Lancaster took the lead with just over 20 minutes gone, Brad Carroll beat the offside trap and after going one-on-one with Ollie Battersby, he finished smartly below the keeper and in off the post.
The visitors had a chance moments after to double their advantage, Carroll this time tried to be the provider, but Nic Evangelinos could not get a shot away.
