WYTHENSHAWE were denied a debut victory in the Northern Premier League by the brilliance of Runcorn Linnets’ goalkeeper Bayleigh Passant.
The Ammies appeared certain to put behind them a disappointing FA Cup exit at Pilkington in midweek when Callum Laird shot goalwards in added time, only for the visitors’ number one to produce his best and last save of the match.
