CHRIS BOLDER’S North Ferriby were left to rue missed chances as they were defeated by Newtown Aycliffe at the Dransfield Stadium.
The opening half proved something of an attritional affair as Ferriby opened well with attractive play.
Max McMillan, Josh Dennett and Josh Whiteley were all denied scoring opportunity in a matter of minutes midway through the half.
