A QUICK-FIRE double midway through the firsthalf helped Gainsborough Trinity edge 2-1winners against Bamber Bridge in what proved a fascinating advert for NPL football. Now seven games unbeaten, the hosts were made to work hard for their victory by a plucky Brig effort and one deceiving their declining league position as they sit 17th.
