A FLURRY of second-half goals saw Macclesfield rout Mickleover and extend their lead at the NPL summit to a massive 20 points!
A brace from John Rooney, alongside goals from Danny Elliott, D’Mani Mellor, Paul Dawson and Rollin Menayese, saw the Silk-men cruise home.
The hosts opened the scoring just after the half-hour, as Menayese headed in his first Silk-men goal since his January move.
