■ SHIFNAL Town recorded an impressive victory over fellow promotion chasers Stalybridge Celtic with a goal from Kane Lewis enough to seal a big three points.
The home side set the pace but it was Stalybridge who found the back of the net first. But Tunde Owolabi, following up after an initial shot was parried by Wycherley, was adjudged to be offside.
Shifnal took the lead in added time of the first half, the imposing Matthew Barnes-Homer laying the ball off for Lewis to slot home.
