DUNSTON backed up their recent cup success by returning to winning ways in league action with a win against Bridlington.
Dunston’s new centre forward Harry Gardiner beat the offside trap a couple of minutes before the half-time break and calmly slotted past Jonathan Dash with a composed finish to send The Fed into the lead.
The lead was doubled by the home side with 59 minutes on the clock as David Robinson struck a thunderous shot past Dash.
