■ CHARLIE Clements scored a second-half equaliser for ten-man North Ferriby at Ashington to nick a point.
The promotion chasing visitors ought to have gone ahead just past the quarter-hour mark but Lewis Dennison headed wide.
Two minutes into the second period, Ferriby were reduced to ten men when Louis Kirk was sent off following an off the ball incident.
Gilchrist fired the Colliers in front in the 57th minute with a strike from 25 yards and Liam Noble came close to doubling the lead but his effort struck the post.
