■ JOSH Green’s stunning free-kick secured maximum points for Shifnal Town at the expense of Runcorn Linnets.
The full-back curled a perfectly placed strike into the top corner after 73 minutes – moments after Sean Miller had hauled the hosts level from the penalty spot. The same player almost found a second equaliser in stoppage time, but Lewis Crane’s looping header clipped the crossbar.
