■ AFC Portchester arrested their recent slump with a comprehensive win over a disjointed Ascot side.
The home side got off to a flying start after only six minutes.
An Ascot defender misplaced a back pass which Alfie Stanley pounced on. He passed it across to Lee Wort who finished.
Eight minutes later, the advantage was doubled by the predatory Wort. He trapped a long ball forward, beat a defender, and slotted past keeper Kie Plumley.
