BOURNE Town extended their unbeaten run to five games but were again unable to turn one point into three.
Bourne had early chances with Jordan O’Brien and Tom Siddons forcing saves from Charlie Woods in the Coventry Sphinx goal.
Against the run of play Coventry Sphinx would score in the 17th minute when a low driven cross from the left was bundled home from short range by Jack Downes.
At the half hour mark Woods pulled off a brilliant save to deny O’Brien from the edge of the box.
