SECOND HALF LEVELLER IS SILVA LINING FOR LIONS

CAPTAIN Joao Silva netted a second half equaliser as Guiseley thwarted high-flying Stockton Town.
The visitors had the better of the first-half and nearly took the lead with five minutes gone.
A cross by Owen Gallacher was headed towards goal by Amar Purewal, but the ball hit the underside of the crossbar and was eventually gathered by Guiseley keeper Joe Cracknell.
Purewal got his goal just under ten minutes later when he met a cross and powerfully headed in.
