A DOMINANT first-half performance – including three goals in six minutes – gave Consett a win over Hallam.
They took the lead after 25 minutes when top scorer Isaac Walker played a one-two with Will Constantin before scoring.
A minute later it was 2-0when the referee played a good advantage after Donny Holdsworth was fouled and the ball broke for Walker to stroke home his 16th goal of the season.
