■ OSSETT recorded a much-needed win over Garforth to open up breathing space between themselves and the relegation places.
A run of five games without a win had seen them drift perilously close to the bottom four.
Garforth had won the four previous meetings between the sides, the last three by a 3-0 margin.
Luca Bolino and Fionn Murphy put the hosts into a commanding lead and, although Luke Aldrich pulled a goal back, Garforth never
