CONSETT made it three home wins in a row by beating a dogged Blyth side to keep their hopes of challenging for the play-offs alive.
They weren’t at their best in the first half, and Blyth missed two good chances as Adam Johnson blazed over and Lucas Lowery was denied by keeper Harry Moss.
But Consett took the lead in added time when Donny Holdsworth’s heels were clipped and Isaac Walker made no mistake from the penalty spot.
It was all square after 64 minutes when Cameron Gascoigne fired in a free-kick.
