■ THERE was an early kick-off for the Nomads versus Basford clash.
And that clearly benefited the hosts as they made a fast start, with the opening score from a set-piece from skipper Jordan Annable.
Nomads kept the pressure on and scored three more goals.
Courey Gratham was on
hand to grab one of them, before there were two from star man Luis Rose.
After the break, a few chances were dealt well by the Nomads.
Then a penalty was awarded to the Nomads , which was saved by the keeper.
Late on, the visitors from Basford were reduced to 10 me...
