JOHN HOWARD starred against his former club as Redcar put in a five-star performance to celebrate lifting the title in midweek. Howard put Athletic ahead after 23 minutes but the battling Bishops worked hard to stay in the game, until the hosts stepped up a gear after the break.
Louis Johnson doubled the advantage after 50 minutes before Oscar Fletcher and Brad Fewster came off the bench to make things more comfortable.
