NEEDHAM Market scored a stoppage time winner to leave Alvechurch’s survival hopes hanging by a thread.
Alvechurch came into the game needing a first win since January and the game started off at a fast pace with Needham forward Callum Page poking wide. Alvechurch responded with new signing Ryan Winwood being denied by Marcus Granham. From the resulting corner Granham then denied Joe Hull, with Mitch Botfield firing the re-bound over.
