Willand Rovers 3-1 Melksham Town: Willand start off with Town triumph

WILLAND started the game the brighter of the two sides and took the lead in the 10th minute when striker Louis Jagger Cane slammed home a half-volley following a cross in from the right.

Jagger Cane struck again in the 33rd minute. Following a scramble in the box he was able to bundle the ball over the line.
Melksham were able to pull one back just before half time when Jay Malshanskyj beat George Burton, however
there was controversy was to follow when Town midfielder Albie Hopkins was sent off amid no appeals from the Willand players for a red card.
