WARE held the edge in a clash between two sides looking to climb back into the play-off places.
Initially, however, it was Harlow who had the upper hand as the visitors struggled to make an impact, and Craig Alcock gave them the lead.
Ware found it hard to get going and, when they did, Ashlee Jones in the Harlow goal kept them out.
The visitors did start to make more of an impact in the last ten minutes and opened up the home defence for Josh Williams to score twice.
Harlow were level four minutes after the break thanks to Alex Read.
