DAN West’s first-half double kept Thame on the fringes of the play-off battle as they beat struggling Kidlington.
The former Oxford United striker demonstrated his eye for goal with two in nine minutes to wrap up the points before half-time.
His first followed a short corner from which West got his head onto Dave Pearce’s delicious cross.
West then struck again four minutes before the break, punishing Kidlington’s efforts to play out from the back by stealing the ball and rounding keeper Harry Way to score.
