■ IN A GAME which was played in swirly conditions, it proved to be a great advert for Southern League football.
Melksham will feel very disappointed in letting a two-goal lead disappear to late, but deserved goals from lowly Field.
The hosts took the lead through Aaron Parsons after a corner, before doubling their advantage thanks to a fine individual strike by Jay Malshanskyj.
Mangotsfield pulled one back through Josh Iles, before the hosts restored the two-goal cushion through Albie Hopkins following a fine move just before the interval.
