BIGGLESWADE Town didn’t have to do any wading – as their nickname suggests – as the pitch held out for a victory over the visiting Ducks who float just above the drop zone.
Aylesbury’s Kennedy Feyi headed the game into life after four minutes but it wasn’t the opening of the floodgates as Biggleswade looked to turn the tide.
Jon Clements’ header went just wide. captain Liam MacDevitt forced James Callan into a fine stop and Clements was denied from long range.
