A MATCH which could best be described as farcical ended with Chalfont’s first win but just eight of their players on the pitch following three dismissals.
The only goal of the game came seven minutes before the break when a neat move allowed Mark Goodman to outpace the defence and slot the ball home.
The second half started badly for them, with Jake Cass getting a second booking for an innocuous challenge on the touchline.
