■FOLKESTONE clinched victory with a late penalty in the first-ever meeting between the sides, to go second. It was a game of two penalties, with Regent failing to take their 12-yard opportunity. Invicta took the lead after 28 minutes, when Samuel Hasler powerfully dispatched a freekick into the bottom corner past debutant keeper Harry Palmer from the edge of the box. The Rs started the second half brightly and should have equalised early on.
