RAMSGATE overcame an early equaliser to run out comfortable winners at the Southwood Stadium. Early pressure was rewarded when Alfie Paxman saw his cross headed in by Billy Munday.
Whyteleafe equalised when Lanre Azeez lobbed the Ramsgate keeper, but the Rams retook the lead in the 32nd minute when Jake Mackenzie’s freekick found Tom Chapman, who fired into the bottom corner.
