DARREN’S MANNING THE FORT NOW AS DUO QUIT

GRAYS Athletic assistant boss Darren Manning has returned to his former club Hullbridge Sports in their hour of need.
Manning, who was previously reserve-team boss at Hullbridge, replaces Rob Hodgson and Aaron Hunwicks, who had announced his intention to quit before last Saturday’s FA Vase second round 3-2 home win over Wembley after two-and-a-half seasons in charge. When they resigned, Hullbridge were lying second from bottom of the Essex Senior League having won only three out of 16 games.
