GRAYS Athletic moved to within three points of the play-offs after coming from behind to defeat a battling Norwich United at home.
The first half was one to forget for the hosts, however, as Jack Fowler was sent off before Adam Hipperson put United ahead.
But they got back into the action in the second half, when Kieran Bishop scored from the penalty spot to restore parity.
With 15 minutes left on the clock, substitute Joao Carlos stole the win for Grays with his second goal of the season.
The win sees the hosts go tenth in the league while Norwich United remain just afloat ...
