TERRY Spillane has taken over as the new manager of Essex Senior League side Stanway Rovers.
The 57-year-old succeeds former Braintree Town reserves boss Lee Fisher, who recently parted company with Rovers after replacing Colchester United legend Kem Izzet in June.
Spillane will work alongside Angelo Harrop, who last month returned to the Hawthorns as the club’s new director of football.
